Cancellations Policy

We do require 24 hours notice for all cancellations and changes. If You No Show there will be a 50% charge on your scheduled service before your next service is rendered.

 

Please understand that we schedule specific time just for you, sometimes hours, and without proper notice we are unable to accommodate other guests. We respectfully consider your time just as valuable as your Stylist.

 

At Coastal Color Salon we work as a team. In the event you’re unable to see your originally scheduled stylist we are happy to accommodate you with another stylist. We want to ensure your satisfaction within our salon company and want you to feel comfort in knowing you can see any of us.

 

Late arrivals will result in possible rescheduling or shortened services. We appreciate the time we get to spend with you and your continued business.
